please, positive thoughts and prayers to Joplin

It was an immense shock to awake today to the news that at least 89 are dead and
more than 1000 injured by a tornado that devastated Joplin, Missouri. I lived in
a town 35 miles from Joplin, and my son and two grandsons still do. They had a
nasty storm peripheral to the twister, but everyone is okay.
Please take some time today to send some positive thoughts and prayers to the folks
in Joplin, most of whom have just seen their lives literally turned upside down.

I am totally sending out thoughts and prayers and tears to Joplin and for all of the severe weather victims. I am a flood victim, I lost my home and everything in it and was evacuated the 10th. It has been hard but nothing as devasted as Joplin. my thoughts are withall.
Beth, it’s very admirable that you can think of others during your own dark time. That takes immense inner strength. Hang in there. Were you caught in the Mississippi flooding?
