I’d bet you’re as exhausted as I am from following the election hyper-hype. I’m not at all sure that it will be a squeaker, but Trump will fuck it up either way. The Dems have much to build their hopes on: Kamala is a force of nature on the campaign trail, raking in scads of cash and new voters; Tim Walz acquitted himself well in the debate; Aging Orange grows more incoherent each time he raves; and Biden busies himself with burnishing his legacy.
Harris and coalition dodged a HUGE bullet with the swift settlement of the dock strike. Today a monster surge in September hiring knocked the unemployment rate to 4.1%. That will be the last report before the election.
Meanwhile, as Donny John prattles on about Rambo, Vance bumped his likability level with a polished debate performance. Regrettably, he still lied big time and could not admit that Trump lost.
