RFK Jr. as director of Health and Human Services seems like a story stolen from the Onion website. Junior raves about most everything, but his signature rant is against vaccinations. In 2019, while visiting Samoa, he blamed the death of two Samoan infants on the MMR vaccine, even though it was due to them being mistakenly given muscle relaxants. Subsequent vaccine resistance in the island nation resulted in 83 deaths.

Matt Gaetz, being considered for Attorney General, has been investigated for years by the Justice Department and the House ethics committee for sex trafficking. He admires the El Salvador penal system. Former Democrat Tulsi Gabbard, up for Director of National Intelligence, is okay with Syrian strongman Bashar al-Assad.
